Great hotel, very new and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were awesome, the food fresh and hot. Its proximity to the Space Center made it convenient for my trip. I appreciated having a microwave and mini fridge in the room. However, I encountered a couple issues. The fitness center had non-working televisions on the cardio machines, which could have used some instructions. I noticed some supply chain shortages, particularly with juice during breakfast, which was a little disappointing. My biggest issue was with the front desk staff. They were not welcoming. It made an otherwise positive stay a bit frustrating. I would stay here again, but with some reservations about the staff efficiency.

I enjoyed my stay at Holiday Inn Express, Huntsville Space Center. The clean room and comfy beds. The breakfast setup was excellent, though I noticed some humor from staff didn’t sit right with everyone. A great experience!

The stay included a standard queen room that was impeccably clean and had thoughtful design elements like ample electrical outlets and a perfect window covering for light blocking. The breakfast area was well-organized, with fresh bagels and friendly staff support. However, there was a shortage of juice due to supply chain issues, and I found the automatic pancake machine a bit underwhelming. Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience was overall very satisfying and well-considered for guests.

my stay at holiday inn express, huntsville space center was fantastic! the room was spotlessly clean and had a great setup with plenty of electrical sockets and a fantastic mirror in the bathroom. the breakfast area was well-planned, and jackie made sure we had everything we needed, making our mornings enjoyable. plus, it’s super close to the space center!

The reservation process through a third party caused complications, leading to a frustrating start to my stay. The check-out process was cumbersome, with a refusal to print a receipt that made reimbursement a hassle. Additionally, the fitness center had machines down for repairs, which impacted workout plans.
